WE ARE well into the Carnival season, so let us consider a few things which can be done to protect our hair and scalp. Remember that the sun can burn your scalp and skin, causing a flare up of psoriasis and dandruff, in people who tend to suffer with these issues. Although sun is good for you, sunburn is not good for everyone, especially someone who is suffering from psoriasis.
Psoriasis can be triggered from many forms of stress, as well as internal or external factors like hair spray, gels with alcohol, some forms of shampoo, or creams that we place on the skin, as well as sun burn.
